Copy Analysis Budget – A summary of the activity

You can copy the details only from the closed financial year / period to the open financial year / period of the finance book. The financial year / period must be closed for arriving at the accurate utilization amount.

For the finance book, you can carry out the search using the code identifying the analysis, description of the analysis code, financial or the period. You can specify the destination financial year or period to which the analysis budget details has to be copied. The analysis budgets can be copied based on the utilized or the budget amount. You can also specify the basis for the budget on which the current budget of the financial year is calculated. The system retrieves the analysis details along with the utilized amount, budget amount and the current budget are computed based on the copy basis.
